Training against live defenders. No cones, no drills, just reps in a real game situation!
How it works
Six or more athletes, and we play 3-on-3
Fewer than six, and we go Live Training: same live defenders, more individual coaching.
Sessions run every week regardless of headcount
Nobody is turned away; late signups just pay the later rate
I plan every session around the specific athletes who are in it. When the roster changes an hour before, I'm guessing instead of coaching.
Registration is for current LA Hoops athletes and invited families only.
